This a recording from 15 March 2017 Hackney Empire of me playing the theme from The Ipcress File with the BBC Radio Orchestra on Friday Night is Music Night. I am playing the original the instrument John Leach played for the film soundtrack and delighted the BBC were interested to use it, since it was a fine tribute to John, who helped me enormously in my career. I will forever be grateful to have known him and to have enjoyed his true friendship .

This is the augmented Wolf Hall Band recording the music for the play’s transfer to Broadway NY. The composer is Stephen Warbeck kneeling first on the right. We were in Alcester near Stratford at Vada Studios, a beautiful Elizabethan manor house owned by record producer Matt Terry.
