Excerpt from the 1982 film about Igor Stravinsky ‘Once at a Border’ by Tony Palmer. John Leach and I play the rare 2 cimbalom version of the ballet ‘Les Noces’.

I was involved in a production of the opera ”Minotaur” by Harrison Birtwhistle at the Royal Opera House playing cimbalom.

July 2012 saw the premier of the ballet ”Trespass” by Mark Anthony Turnage at the Royal Opera House. It was part of a collaboration with the National Gallery called Metamorphosis Titian. I played the cimbalom in a very complex score.

Image Reflection Shadow was written by Sir Peter Maxwell Davies for the Fires of London. It was for cimbalom and chamber ensemble. I performed this piece in many parts of the world and also recorded it.
